With over 30 years of experience in business management, financial management, and 12+ year in the cooperative sector, my work supports cooperatives, nonprofits, and community-based organizations in building systems that are both financially sound and people-centered.

My work bridges strategy, financial literacy, and facilitation—helping organizations move from vision to implementation while centering equity, culture, and long-term sustainability.

I am fortunate to have played a key role in launching and supporting worker-owned cooperatives, developing cooperative education programs, and guiding organizations through governance transformation and financial system design.

I am serving in leadership roles across multiple cooperative and community-based initiatives and am the creator of Takin It Back, a platform exploring cooperative economics, culture, and systems change.
